Full Journal pdf1995-05-04 House Journal Page 1872 HB 191 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 3, 1995, calendar (page 1820), was read the third time: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 191(FIN) "An Act relating to the management and disposal of state land and resources; relating to certain remote parcel and homestead entry land purchase contracts and patents; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSSSHB191(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSSHB 191(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
